About the Resume Bank

The Congressional Black Associates collects jobseekers’ resumes, provides resume reviews, and provides Members and Committees looking to fill positions with qualified, Black candidates.

Individuals wishing to submit their resumes should do so via the appropriate links below. By submitting a resume through this site, candidates will enter their resumes into the CBA resume bank and also the larger resume bank run by Congressional leadership.

When submitting materials, please ensure that resumes are uploaded in PDF format and titled with identifying information. For example, Your Name – Staff Assistant Resume.
