The Congressional Black Associates (CBA) is an officially House-recognized, bi-partisan Congressional staff organization whose mission is to enhance the political, social and economic capabilities of Black people on Capitol Hill, in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area, the nation, and other countries throughout the world.
