FRANCESCA M. MCCRARY
Francesca McCrary currently serves as Professional Staff for Ranking Member Elijah E.Cummings, on the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee(OGR). Prior to joining, Francesca served as a legislative aide for Congressman Cummings( MD-07) personal office managing environmental,tech and science issues. Francesca is a graduate of the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina , where she received her Bachelors in Psychology and ran track & field. Francesca also received her Master’s in Public Health from American Public University.

AUDRA L. JACKSON
Audra L. Jackson currently serves as the Outreach and Special Projects Coordinator for Vice Chair Linda Sanchez in the House Democratic Caucus.
Before coming to the Caucus, she worked for Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson. During her time in Congresswoman Johnson’s office, Audra rose from intern in both the district and D.C. offices to full-time staffer, as she managed the Congresswoman’s premier events for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference and served as the healthcare legislative aide.
During her summer 2016 CBCF Internship in Congresswoman Johnson’s office, she organized the historic Democratic Intern Selfie, which highlighted the importance of inclusion and diversity in offices on Capitol Hill.
Audra is a native Houstonian, born and raised in the Greater Third Ward area. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in International Political Economy and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Professional Development Chair
Samuel Negatu serves as the Legislative Counsel for Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-17). His portfolio includes technology, tax, education, intellectual property, and appropriations.
Prior to joining Rep. Cartwright's office, Samuel worked for Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-30) and Senator Claire McCaskill (MO).
Born and raised in Southern California, Samuel received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. Samuel is also a member of the California Bar as well as an avid world traveler.

Earsdale "Earl" Ash
Earsdale "Earl" Ash serves as the Legislative Correspondent for The Hon. Yvette D. Clarke (NY-09).
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he is a proud graduate of The Catholic University of America located in Washington D.C. It was there he majored in International Economics & Finance obtaining his Bachelors.
Prior to working for Rep. Clarke he completed an internship program with former Congressman, Charles B. Rangel.
Aside from politics, he enjoys supporting the The New York Knicks.
Community Service Chair
Symonne Smith currently serves as the Scheduler & Executive Assistant to Congresswoman Maxine Waters (CA-43), Ranking Member on the House Committee on Financial Services.
Prior to joining the Hill, Symonne worked with AIDS United, a 501c3 non-profit based in DC, as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Operations and then later with the organization as a Program Associate.
Symonne has always been passionate about service and has served in various community service roles while in high school and undergrad. Symonne was born and raised in metro Detroit and received her undergraduate degree from Howard University.
Rasheedah m. hasan
Rasheedah Hasan currently serves as the Executive Assistant for the U.S. House Veterans Affairs Committee.
Before coming to the Committee, Rasheedah interned for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Inc., where she worked as a congressional aide for both the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, and in the Office of Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire.
Rasheedah is a native Missourian, born and raised in the City of Saint Louis. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications. Rasheedah is the proud Co-Founder of First Lady Organization, where she developed a network of professional development resources to assist collegiate students with transitioning into the workforce.

Keenan D. Hale JR.
Keenan currently serves as the Legislative Aide to the Honorable Congressman Al Green (TX-09), Ranking Member on the Financial Services Committee.
Hailing from the great state of Georgia, he is a graduate of Syracuse University where he also played football for the Orangemen.
Prior to working for Rep. Green he served as Chief of Staff on the mayoral campaign for Rochelle Robinson down in Douglasville, Ga. Aside from politics, he enjoys reading and writing poems.
Keenan is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated.
Didier Barjon serves as a Legislative Assistant for the Hon. Kathy Castor (FL-14).
Prior to joining team Castor, Didier worked for The Hon. Xavier Becerra.
Didier is a Haitian-American born in New York City and raised in Tampa, Florida and is a graduate of Philadelphia University where he received a Bachelors in Law & Society, as well competed on the cross country and track team.
